I bet I already told you this but we love the ELy area...and the boundary waters...have you seen the petroglyphs outside of Ely? You can only get to them via canoe and a portage. sooo cool!!
You are way west of where we normally get to. As it is we take two days driving up...sigh, wish it was closer and we could afford property there. We have been looking for years,,,geography is against us though.
