MHCOSS, I forget about this: CAMVAP - Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan. This is your next step when the dealer and Nissan Canada aren't doing enough for you to resolve your issue. I used this years ago when Ford wouldn't replace a catalytic converter that was still under a 96 month emissions warranty. Within a week after my submission to CAMVAP, the Ford dealer called and set up an appointment to replace the converter sans gratis. I believe your warranty book explains the procedure when all else has failed at the dealership.
