Ok, truth be known, I grind the beans with my teeth, spit them into the skull of a black mamba, boil the water with my own rage, sprinkle in some man-o-war tentacles and dynamite, and then inject the molten concoction into one of my ever present open wounds....right after I add a dollop of whipped cream.
