NHMS: 99 dB @ 50ft (never enforced to my knowledge)
Mont Tremblant: 92 dB
Mosport: No limit
Summit Point: 103dB @ 50ft
Lime Rock Park: 86-88dB @ 50ft (depending on club)
Calabogie: 92dB @ 50 ft
Watkins Glen: No limit

Laguna is the only track I've been to where the db level is the law and enforced. Houses seem to make the difference.
