Taking a deep breath after brushing my teeth yesterday morning. I felt like an air bubble inside my back go from my lower back to just where my lowest rib is in my back. All of a sudden i had the worse back spasms out of nowhere. According to the Chiropractor my rib popped out of place and back in place. So I had these little shock pads on my back for like 20 minutes, and then he cracked me in like 20 different places. I felt better, but the muscles in my mid back are still very tight.
O, and a note to everyone....
IF YOU HURT YOUR BACK, NEVER PUT HEAT ON IT... ALWAYS USE A COLD PACK!! Heat makes the inflammation worse.
