Default Aftermarket Oil Cooler Ruining A/C Temps?

Done a bit of searching but to no avail. Was interested in getting an oil cooler for the Z due to some autoX and track days in the future. I remember my brother telling me on his 08 Z a while back that after he installed his, while he drove on the interstate 70 mph+, he noticed his A/C temps increased significantly to where it wouldn't blow cold air any longer, only room temp/lightly cool air. I imagine this was because the oil cooler was right behind the bumper taking all of the cold air.

Has anyone had similar issues on their 370 or is this a non-issue with our cars? If it matters, I would probably only do a 19 row.

Thanks for the help.
