Dealer experience was better than expected today. I don't know why it took them several hours to look at my headliner for what was probably thirty seconds, and say look the fabric is fraying which means clips aren't going to fix the problem, so we'll order a new headliner. But all in all, I got my car back (though it's dirty now cause it got rained on) with no extra miles, and the answer I was hoping for. Now we just hope they actually do the work right
Also got my Adam's Cordless Drill Polishing Pad Kit in the mail. I'm going to get some practice on my buddy's M3 that he is wanting to sell
