Nope, I just got home from their shuttle service. I'm just having the headliner looked at for potential replacement under warranty, so I don't know what could possibly take them so long. I'm content with just letting them do their thing - if it were mechanical work I might be more interested in watching them. I could see it sitting outside in the service drive from the waiting room - lots of windows
I took plenty of photos of the condition (thankfully, freshly washed makes it harder for them to hide anything), as well as the mileage, including leaving them a note about driving it more than a couple tenths of a mile. If there's more than 0.5 miles on the car when I get it back, I'm going to raise hell...
