You'll have to drive both and figure out which will make you happier. A Boss 302 should be able to give a Nismo a run for its money no matter the situation (and vice versa). It should be close enough that it will depend on intangibles that you feel and do while driving. While most Mustangs can handle sloppy, the 302 is the exception.
Be aware there is a Leguna Seca package which you'll probably want to try out.
If it were me, the rarity of the Z is value and happiness. A Boss 302 Leguna Seca is going to just be another "Mustang" to all but the discerning enthusiast.
