I am currently in the process of pulling out my old motor b/c I purchased one from Z1 recently from a man name Jon Parham. I don't know what is actually wrong with my current motor other than it is messed up Probably a bent valve resulting from a bad tune.

I just feel like when I talk to people on the phone they tell me what I want to hear and when I get there we run into all sorts of problems.

Hey Ryan, Alex told me that you guys talked the other day. I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the motor. Anyway, a lot of time has passed since we saw you, and with time, some of the details become less granular.
I feel like a few major points should be clarified though. Looking at the invoice, we only charged you for the pump gas calibration. We were originally going to perform two custom maps, a 93 octane pump gas map and the other one with the wet-shot N2O system. Once we finished up with the pump gas tune, we got started on the N2O tune but didn't get very far into it. That is where we found that there was a major issue with your nitrous kit. Along with yourself, your friend and I, we determined that the kit would provide additional fuel as it was supposed to, but not nitrous. After just 1 or 2 pulls the nitrous would become very, very weak or non-existent. After speaking with the manufacturer, I believe they determined that the solenoid or some part on the system was decfetive, and since it was not purchased or installed by us, you guys were going to get it working.
Ultimately, we weren't able to provide a functional N2O tune due to the activation problem the kit was having. We also discounted the extra $100 off your invoice that we had originally agreed to (I just checked the invoice to be certain). At the time, I told you that I would do my best to help with the N20 tune once you got back to Wilmington and we could bounce logs back and forth if you wanted to do that. You ended up purchasing a Cipher cable and the idea was to go as EASY as possible once we started logging data.
So again, I am truly sorry to hear of your problem. Please let me (or Alex) know if we can do anything for you. I tried calling before responding to this thread but it looks like your number has changed.
Best regards,
Todd
