so this hamstermilling is waking up all the hidden 'bad' inside my body the last 20yrs (yes, ive not run like i meant it for 20yrs+) and making me go through this withdraw period

i feel ill. i mean like yuk. i did notice that my body wasn't as tired as the last time i ran, so i can already feel the progress. i just need to get past this adjustment phase.
