and about price... i dont care. i would still buy MBP over a pc for personal use considering the stability and reliablity. A LOT cheaper for me cause i dont have to get it repaired by someone, or have to wait while they're fixing it.
the mediore spec MBP i bought in 2011... not once has it given me problems. between 2011 and now, ive gone through 5 pc laptops (all brand new). wtf is going on here?
so you see why i dont like pc's. the thinkpad is okay though. it's been stable so far... like a mac.

I've had this Toshiba laptop for about 3yrs now, no problems
yet.
If it breaks, I'll just buy a new one. It was only $400 or so.
All I need it for is internet, minor photoshop, and iTunes.
