at my old job we always did company picnics at Patapsco Valley State Park
our last one was at the Avalon/Glen Artney area

We rented a shelter a rather large shelter I think it was 30-50 people capacity. it was plenty of space, plenty of parking, walking distance to a huge pier that overlooked the river, in case anyone wants to do some fishing
Our shelter had a volleyball court, granted the court was filled with mulch??
lol but plenty of room to play ball, cornhole, etc etc
