Everyone has lives, sometimes things get pretty hectic and when you're working by yourself to please the entire US and world 370 owners I'm sure it gets overwhelming. When Jay does get things shipped and has time to reply to people and sell things he is a great person to do business with. Catch the guy a lil slack.
