Well, you could say that both Jaywalking and Murder are wrong. The counterpoint is that there are degrees of wrong.
There's a difference in minimizing risk and imposition on the general populace, like performing burnouts in a parking lot where people are constantly streaming in, like in that video... And driving a little fast on desolate back roads where the potential isn't great of even seeing another motorist, let alone endangering or annoying them.
Granted, on the surface both are not great ideas, but there is a significant difference in the degree. That's my opinion. You can disagree til your heart's content. I don't really care.
