Yea a car that has 15 miles on it is a used car
holly crap, I work at a dealership where the closest turn around from the front gate is 1 mile away, since the cars are not being ragged out it usually takes about that long just to get it at proper working conditions after warming it up. So give or take >15 miles on it but come on i would be more skeptical about being a car that only has 4 miles on it for the sake of making sure it was checked out properly. mayb your friend did not get the service he paid for.. have you ever thought of that?
