i use a cheepo corded rotary tool i bought years ago at harbor freight. works great. i dont like the cordless one for dremeling because i dont use it too often, and chances are the battery needs a recharge when i want to use it.

it's not so much the tool, but the bits that make all the difference imho for dremeling.
