I just removed both LED's on my '13.....

I can tell you that the plugs have two wires each, and both plugs (Not the lites, just the plugs) are easily accessible simply by removing the plastic rivet
at the upper side of the wheelwell. (See pic) Then peel the wheelwell plastic from behind the bumper skin so you can get your hand in there.

The driver side plug is attached onto the DRL itself, the passenger plug is attached away from the DRL on a metal clip. (This is because the washer bottle hides the passenger side DRL).
