That review didn't seem to bash the Z much. It's not a perfect car. I bought it simply because I like it, and it's the "new Z" to buy during the present times.
Back in '97 (when I was 16), my dad and I found a local seller who had a beautiful STOCK black '94 300ZX twin turbo manual. He was selling it for under $19k. My dad already had a black '90 twin turbo automatic, but we just wanted to check it out. If we had the money and the know-how to drive a manual, that car would stick with me till this very day (and never own a 350Z or 370Z).
Of course, I was only 16. I didn't think I'd be mature enough to own one. Seriously, though... I miss the feeling of the 300ZX. The 370Z comes close to it compared to the 350Z, but it's not the same.
