I think what he meant was if the actual caliper will bolt on directly without any modification - which it will.

Now in order to actually use these calipers than yes, you will still need to get the front metal hard lines that connect to the oem rubber lines, along with shims, pads, rotors, etc...

EDIT*** you don't actually need new lines. The rubber lines will work just fine, you just need the sport caliper hardline that connects the caliper to the rubber lines. The base brakes have a shorter/different hardline that connects to the rubber lines.
