See, back in elementary school I would always ride a bike and such. Did that throughout my childhood, along with roller hockey (out in the streets, duh. Hardcore ****), and baseball.
I don't recall it doing anything.
However, I did have knee surgery twice on my left leg. I'm already skinny, but it was
super skinny after those two surgeries. My right leg has knee problems too that I won't get into, but building muscle is very difficult there.
I was surprised though how strong my left leg is after two rehab stints. If only I could have done some work with the right leg too... though, I don't want to have to get surgery (I may though).
