I can still fit in clothes I wore in HS.
I bet I could be chiseled if I worked out and put on some muscle, since my body fat is so low.
The one time I did try to work out, I got one of those personal trainers free for three times or whatever and he just pushed me so hard. Got to one point and he was like, "You're doing awesome. Usually by now people are throwing up."
right? Wrong...
Immediately following that statement, I felt sick and started getting light-headed and tunnel vision. I knew I was going to pass out.
He was like, "Let's walk over here..." I made it to a wall and was like, "Dude, you're gonna have to carry me." as I all but passed out.
Turned me off of doing the gym thing.
