The current System Admin is out on medical leave and other SAs from throughout the region have been filling in for him. So...I helped out where I could. I used to manage Windows-based servers back in the day, so I've got the knowledge base. It just sucks that when you identify a weakness to the people that are supposed to be handling matters, nothing is done about it.
