Hey all, just a note to warn anyone who uses IE8 to know that there has been a zero day exploit released into the wild earlier this week that targeted the Dept. of Labor's website. It can inject malicious code into your browser when you visit a victim web site. Today both WTOP and Federal New Radio's websites have been hit with this exploit. It basically injects malware (malicious code) into your browser when you visit a hacked site. Supposedly Firefox is not affected. Read more on this IE8 exploit here: Krebs on Security

Best safety measure until Microsoft releases a patch to fix it would be to use another browser such as Firefox if you are worried.
