I was going to trim it back, but I decided to go ahead and have the pulley turned and remove 1/4 off the outside lip. Kelly and I pulled the compressor out today so I can remove the pulley..

Update:

Chptr11 came over at about 0800 and we went to work on the battery relocation. I had 16 ft of battery cable that we ran along the passenger side up into the battery compartment. There is a rubber boot for one of the wire looms that goes into the car. It was a perfect spot to run the cable.

I used the stock battery for now and hammered out a bracket to hold it in place. The issue we had was the 20 feet of sound deadening we had to cut though to get to the metal.. Found a good ground point next to the battery and ran the lines along the interior panels.

Bob did a great job, he did most of it as I can't lean over yet.. Thanks Buddy you rock for coming over on a weekend and dropping everything to help an old war horse out.. "Lights "

Really!? Wow! I should have taken a better look at it. I thought they were bolt retainers for the stock air boxes.
