That was my second Z06, the other being a modded C-5. In between, I drove a 2001 Viper GTS/ACR and a FFR Cobra. All were great cars in their own right, and the Z06 was damn near the perfect all-around street/track car. I decided to try something new for the experience. I really hardly ever tapped into the 600hp the car had, and repairing the 7.0 in that, or the 8.0 in the Viper made me slightly paranoid.

I think the Nissan feels nearly as planted as the Z06 did, and I can learn to use what the engine has to offer. For me, it's a better daily driver, and fun as hell too.

At the end of the day, they are all just cars, and guys and gals like us go through them from time to time. Learn to love what's great about the car you have, instead of complaining about what might be better.
