Yes it does. The clips that hold the button onto the dash are located about 45 degrees from straight up/down or right/left (down right and up left from the center of the button). I'll post a pic in a sec where you can see the start button face, the clip that snaps into the dash, and the cutout in the dash opening for the clip. This is the best location for the removal tool (I prefer to use plastic door panel removal tools instead of metal screwdrivers).
