You should drive to the dealership with the replacement steering lock and necessary tools for replacement. Do the replacement in the pickup/drop off lane of the service department (be sure to show them the part you are using to confirm it is Rev D). Either while you're doing the replacement or as your finishing (depends how long it takes to reach her), have the dealer get your NNA canned response lady on the phone. Show tech that steering wheel locks by locking the steering wheel.
