I would lean towards doing it yourself, But if you have NO tools and NO mechanical skills?
Then yea find a local member to help so you can do it or have a shop install them for you.
AK's Diy is pretty detail so you shouldn't have a problem.
The only thing I can't stress enough is to be very carefull in removing and installing the maf sensors.
