They gave me a log book for the instructor to write down notes on after every HPDE event. I was told that they look at your past HPDE's in your log book and then basically have an instructor ride with you and test your skills. If they think you're good enough to move up, then they will let you do it.

I know you're not a badged instructor, but you're much more skilled/knowledgeable than I. However, I know you and am comfortable with you, and you do have more knowledge than me. But that's just personal preference.
That's cool that its cumulative like that.
