I have lifetime alignment with Firestone as well and the last alignment I went in for, after I installed my H&R springs they said that my lifetime alignment is only good for "stock" cars. I told the dude that I wasn't told any of that when I purchased the package. He said that because I have aftermarket upper control arms, rear camber links and springs in my suspension my car is now void. But after stating numerous times that I was never told that he gave in and lets me go back now
EDIT: They also told me that my car was too low to be serviced at their shop in Rancho Bernardo. They told me that I had to go to another shop 45 minutes away because they have a low profile lift. They called in a "specialist" to try and get my car on the lift...and he was able to get it on the lift with a couple of 2x4s
