Sorry to hear about getting hit. Good your are safe, mostly cosmetic damage, the lady did not die on you, and you have an opportunity for an upgrade to a nice kit, new set of wheels, etc.
Truth be told, it is an age thing --- young and older. I agree to a certain extent with Z370Z011. Once you get past 70, you become dangerous but not as dangerous when you were a teen.
