No, I have two holes dug. One hole contains conduit that feeds power to the light post, and other hole has the conduit that travels under the road and feeds the light pole on the other side. The wires got hit with lightening and grounded out, so now I have to run new wire. But I can't pull the new wire by attaching it to the old wire because the old wire is fused to something somewhere and won't move an inch. So I have to dig the holes, open the conduit, run new wires, then run flex pipe to the old feed and hook everything up in a J box. Now I have to go to home depot to get all the supplies.
