i just tell myself, it could get even shittier, but lucky me, not that shitty.
like today my wife got bumped in my fit. scratched. that's shitty. but then my wife called me if i wanted to do anything about the little scatch the other party caused (real nice of her to do that for me), and she was unhurt, so not shitty at all.
