I think bending the hanger is all that I can do?
I took a photo of the hanger yesterday too:
It's not a height issue, it just sticks out farther than the other (which is flush). I think bending the hanger is the only option.

I would have if it looked different. I don't like the looks of the coffee-can muffler on the FI. I like the sound, but just not the looks.
