Brake fluid and lines may take a few hours. Wheels need to come off, perhaps rotors too, fluid has to be bled out, new fluid has to be worked through the system, with care taken to get all air out of the system. (Also always important to not get any brake fluid on your paint).

The reservoir probably won't take long. It's easy to get off and empty.

I'm not sure on "breathers". If that means post-maf tubes, it also won't take long. But I'd give it a whole weekend for all three, just in case.
