I doubt they're going to refuse to fix it because of the cut wire, especially because that harness isn't part of the service campaign and is out of warrantee anyway... I'm just worried that in the instructions for the recall, it will say something like "Verify operation by winding sound when ignition turned on" or something and they guy won't know what to do. haha
Why are you doing anything if you cut the wire? Why not just leave it as is and be worry free, that's what I'm doing.
