The only DIY I have seen doesn't have pictures anymore. I am at the same stage in my interior uninstall and I believe that you have to remove the upper seat belt points to remove the upper interior panels so that you can remove all of the other panels. I haven't done it yet completely so maybe someone else can chime in.
