You may not need to use the toe bolt though, I installed mine about 2 months ago and didn't need them. The shop was able to get my wheels back to oem specs

Edit: My car is lowered on H&R springs and is running 20/25mm spacers and I still had enough room to make it back to specs. Running just the camber links or upper control arms should be perfectly fine without the toe bolts
