How does the engine sound at idle? This sounds like a vacuum leak and vacuum leaks usually cause a rough idle. You can try doing a smoke test or just visually inspect everything.

One other suggestion is to clean your throttle bodies (really easy) and then perform all of the relearns as this usually helps with idle and throttle response.
