Can't see your posted pictures, but you could consider wrapping your trims. I'm assuming when you say you don't want to spend hundreds on cf panels, you're talking about the wet carbon overlays made by companies here? 3m vinyl is another choice, you can wrap it in carbon, gloss black, brushed metal, etcetc. Pretty cheap, I got the material to do mine for less than $20. Previous owner did it on carbon, I redid it in gloss black metallic
You can start taking off whatever pats you want and start wrapping them lol. Another thing to do if you have a tablet is figure out a way to mount it onto your car if you like the look? I did mine with magnets
And of course, shift knob and shift boot changes the look a lot as well
You can also do different color LEDs behind anything that lights up (door/window switches, ac backlight, etcetc). Get creative!
