I don't feel sorry for her, but I'd definitely stop and make sure she was alright, then give her a few choice words.
And I don't know that someone didn't stop, but the bikers just flat out drove by, waving and flipping her off. And if this
was a police escort they would be obligated by law to stop and assist.
It's the same thing that our military does - we will shoot and shoot, if we find a wounded they must be attended to (I've seen live footage of this in Iraq where we were pulling survivors out of a bus that opened fire on the troops and aiding them).
