But basically with this scholarship, FAFSA aid, and the GI Bill, I should have a good chunk of change to cover tuition. The next question is stay living at home, (30-45 min drive) or live on campus (freedom!!!).
So I have to schedule a campus tour to talk to different advisors about different issues I see, and if they can answer my question and calm my worries... I'm wondering why not? A Private school Bachelors certainly looks better than a CC Associates... Right?

At the end of the day, a Bachelor's degree from anywhere looks better than an Associate's. The rest of that, including GPA and Honor Society, matters less to getting a job than knowing what you're doing and knowing people in the profession. It may be worth your while to pursue internships in your chosen field before you get out of school. I don't know, though.
