Both are quality exhausts. I think more 370z guys have the Fast intentions.
Just an FYI on the fast intentions, a buddy of mine has it and is lowered like 1.5 inches and scraped the shiznit out of the cans.... The HKS i believe is not as low.
Just another thought but the litespeed full titanium exhaust is pretty sexy too. Its a little more then those but since you didnt list a budget i figured i would throw it out to you. I spoke with Patrick at Litespeed and he was a cool guy and was offering great prices!
