Great, free pinstripe that is already chipping off just from washing…thanks. $200 discount was for a 4 MONTH wait on what should have taken 2-3 weeks. That still does not change the fact that you were supposed to get me a new set of wheels and still shipped the refinished ones. I assume the one you had re-re-done is the one that doesn't match the finish of the other 3 there. So great, send me another one and I guarantee you it still won't match those 3, they all need to be done at the same time, with the same conditions, and the same powder to be matching.

None of this changes the fact that I have gotten 4 defective wheels from your company. I still have to go get them refinished to have a new set of wheels, and that is going to cost me $550.

By the way, this is pulled directly from your website:

"Forgestar warrants that wheels manufactured by Forgestar will be free from structural failure as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Forgestar further warrants to the original purchaser that products manufactured by Forgestar will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one year from retail purchase."
According to your warranty, these wheels should be covered since both the pinstriping and the finish are "defective" under normal and intended use.

I would expect an up-and-coming wheel manufacturer to have enough pride in their product to try and make their customers satisfied with their products…

Joseph,
Please don't think I don't understand all your points. I would have hoped that if you are going to wait that long for wheels you would have inspected them throughly before mounting tires on them. Please send the wheels back to our warehouse for a full refund.

I had a little hope that you had personally inspected them yourself prior to shipment as you said you were, so I didn't take them outside and look at every angle of the wheel. I was also still under the impression that I was getting a new set of wheels and not the re-powdercoated ones.

As far as a refund goes, that would leave me with no wheels to drive on now since my stock ones were sold the minute these came in since that guy had been waiting months for his wheels too…I knew how he felt and wanted to get him his set ASAP. My car was on jack-stands after the initial inspection and the agreement that you were going to replace the one mis-colored wheel. Also, I am not about to pay another $100 out of pocket to ship these back to you, again, none of this has been my fault and it shouldn't cost me a dime out of pocket to return them to you.
