the "new" manager is the one that got teh job over me...now she is asking me to support her assignments...I am a great supporter but not worthy of promotion.. :WTF: anywho...level 1 is a hot item ususally something needed at the director level...maybe to support DOE audits or something of that nature...they have 4 of us supporting it but eveybody else is allowed to focus...not me!! I am better than them? or dumber becuase I work harder! LOL
