He takes me info and PBA cards and goes missing for 15 mins. When he comes back hes basically throws my documents back at me and tells me not to do that S*** again. When I see he gives me a summons for loud exhaust!!! Court date for 6/17
What section of the law did you break on the ticket, they may have ticket you for a public display.
Also if you plead my mail make sure you check the box for a written Deposition, if its not mailed in the legal amount of time before the trial date the ticket also gets tossed, but it can be refilled by the prosecutor if they really want to nail you.
