Maybe there is a difference, but I'm doubtful. I'd be willing to bet a shiny new dime (0.10 USD) that they are the same part. But I'm no expert on Nissan's part numbering scheme. Parts and service are often two different departments so your service guy may not be an expert on part numbers either.
