r888 vs r6... both are for different purposes... r888s are great track tires that you can use on the street... good for a few thousand street miles + up to 20 track days if you take them to the bitter end... whereas the r6's are really about squeezing every last bit of performance (softer compound) and are good for ~15 heat cycles... just my viewpoint- I'm sure there are smarter tire experts on this board than me !
