According to this e-mail on 9/18, you were supposed to personally inspect the wheels before they left the warhouse:

On top of that, in this email also on 9/18, you said I was supposed to be getting a brand new set, plus the new center caps, which I received neither

I have already explained to my office we are going to give you a new set.
The new set is already on the rack in production. Should be ready by next week.

Why was I sent the re-finished wheels? Why did I get the old center caps? Why did they come in such poor condition when you were supposed to personally inspect them?
Like I said in my original e-mail, I wouldn't have paid $700 for this set had I seen it in a shop. It's going to cost me about $550 to get them refinished correctly (I can provide you the quote if necessary), the least you can do is reimburse me for the refinishing. That doesn't even include the $150 it is going to cost to get them mounted and balanced after refinishing.
I paid for a set of 4 brand new, perfect condition wheels. In the end, I did not receive a single completely finished wheel. Make it right!

Why should I have a conference with Mike? He asked me a long time ago to work directly with you so nothing got lost in translation. None of this is Mike's fault. This is a Forgestar issue and should be resolved by your customer service, which up to this point, has been been a bunch of empty words and promises.

That still does not change the fact that you were supposed to get me a new set of wheels and still shipped the refinished ones. I assume the one you had re-re-done is the one that doesn't match the finish of the other 3 there. So great, send me another one and I guarantee you it still won't match those 3, they all need to be done at the same time, with the same conditions, and the same powder to be matching.
None of this changes the fact that I have gotten 4 defective wheels from your company. I still have to go get them refinished to have a new set of wheels, and that is going to cost me $550.
